DAV Public School, Kosal Vihar, Ghargoda Dist-Raigarh is the result of agreement between NTPC, Talaipalli and DAV College Trust & Management Society, New Delhi. It came into existence on 1st April-2024, initially for Class-Nursery to Class-VII with the condition to add one class in every successive year till the school reaches to Class-XII.
The school is following the syllabus of DAV Centre of Academic Excellence developed and based on the CBSE curriculum for Classes-Nursery to Class-VIII. The school in due course will get affiliated with CBSE.
DAV Public School, Talaipalli, Ghargoda Raigarh primarily is set up to provide quality education having blend of rich Vedic Cultural Values. The DAV College Managing Committee, New Delhi headed by Padmshree Dr.Punam Suri Ji, has its philosophy that the Education does not mean to make the people literate but to bring a change in their attitude and behavior so that they contribute to the welfare of the society and be ready to make the country stronger in all respects.
The hands joined by both the leaders of their field are having aim to educate the children of NTPC employees and of the residents of Ghargoda and to make them competent to face future challenges confidently.
